Customer Service

• During checkout you will be able to choose your shipping method.  In stock items are shipped within two business days.
• Pacifica Gifts offers our customers a choice of Standard Shipping (USPS Priority) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
• Standard Shipping (USPS) shipping fees are computed on a sliding scale based on the total cost of items.
• United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping fees are based on weight and distance. (zip code zones).
• For 1 to 3 items or light items such as matches or roll-on perfumes it is usually less expensive to ship USPS.
• For heavier packages, UPS is your best choice.
• Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is usually far less expensive using USPS.
• Australia, New Zealand? International orders are accepted by phone only. We ship world-wide and quote shipping fees prior to payment by credit card. We ship overseas quite often. Especially to Australia. Good on ya mates!
• When we ship Priority USPS we pay the extra fee to obtain a tracking number for our customers.
• Shipping to a P.O. Box? All packages are shipped via the United States postal services. Express delivery is not  available.
• Overnight or next day delivery, please call the store and we will arrange this as a phone order. We do this quite often, especially around the holidays. Call 541-386-3931
• For shipping outside the United States please contact us at customerservice@pacificagifts.com  or call 541-386-3931.
• UPS Ground 4-5 day transit time plus order processing time. (Except rural areas)
• UPS Express 2-3 day transit time plus order processing time. (Except rural areas)
• Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time, even for express orders.
• Maxine's Gifts does not offer any weekend delivery options at this time.
• Back Orders: We do not back order items. We will contact you if an item is out of stock and let you know when it will be available  again.
• Pay by Check? We will gladly accept your personal check. It is just a longer processing period if you are a new customer. We wait for your check to clear then ship your items. This could take up to 10 business days. Note: If you are a repeat customer with an account, we treat your check as a money order and ship within 2 business days. Mail your check along with the appropriate shipping fees to the address below. (see payment methods page)
• Pay by Money Order? If you would like to pay by money order, please make payable to Maxine's Gifts and send it to the address below. Please include the items desired, your email address, phone number, shipping address, and an additional Dollar Amount for US shipping. (see payment methods page) Orders will be processed in 2 business days.

Maxine's Gifts takes your information and security very seriously and has measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Note: Unlike most other companies, Pacifica Gifts does NOT share our customers email addresses or any other contact or personal information with anyone else. All Online transactions are protected by secure server software and the latest industry standard encryption technology. We make every effort to maintain current industry standards to protect your credit card information and keep your transaction details secure.
